Un interesante comentario sobre como elegir un programa para estudiar filosofía del derecho en Facultades de Derecho.
Those top law schools in the United States offering the most for students with philosophical interests are (in alphabetical order):  Berkeley, Chicago, Columbia, Georgetown, NYU, Penn, Southern California, Texas, Virginia, UCLA, and Yale; Chicago, NYU, Penn, Southern California, UCLA and Yale dominate, though Columbia still enjoys the half-time presence of the preeminent figure in the field, Joseph Raz.  In Canada, the top choice is the University of Toronto, though Osgoode Hall/York University, Toronto cooperates with McMaster (which does not have a law school) to form an even stronger cluster of faculty.  In the United Kingdom, where law is an undergraduate degree, the most attractive choice is Oxford University, though many of the other leading law faculties—Cambridge University, University College London, King’s College, London—all have attractive offerings as well. Bajo la asesoría del Professor Leiter, este blog va a adelantar algo similar con universidades latinoamericanas.
