The provisional conference schedule can be found here:http://users.ox.ac.uk/~gradconf/programme.shtml (Along with information about the location of the conference and the abstracts of the talks).
The conference dinner is on the evening of the 17th. This three-course meal is being held at High Table restaurant.
The dinners at the conference are always fun and lively, and offer a great opportunity for discussion with our speakers. If the promise of an inherently enjoyable evening isn’t incentive enough, we are also pleased to be able to offer a place at the dinner to everyone for £12. That is less than the usual £30 pound set menu price.
High demand for places at the dinner is expected, so please be sure to book as soon as you can if you want to come (Places are limited). Payment for dinner will be made in cash at the registration desk when you arrive at the conference. Please only book a place if you definitely intend to go, so the organisers know how many people to expect.
The deadline for the dinner sign-up is the 9th of November.
You can pre-select your menu choice from the options in the online registration form.
If you don’t want to attend dinner, but still want to attend the conference, please make sure to register via the online form below also. Registration is free and all are welcome.
Registration and Dinner form:
Finally, there will be an informal drinks reception for the speakers on Friday the 16th at 6.30 in the Harris Seminar Room in Oriel College. All are welcome, and the drinks are free.
